MY STORY
Hello! My name is Laura Stipic and I am a self-proclaimed International Education Enthusiast. My passion is to inspire others to explore and discover the world around them in hopes that they will also recognize the value of cross-cultural understanding. This field is a natural fit for me as studying, working, and traveling throughout the world has shown me the importance of learning from different people and their cultures and I hope to share this with others.
I am recently concluded my time on-site with Syracuse University in Strasbourg France. There, I worked with staff to design and assess student programs while simultaneously understanding the daily operations of an on-site organization. This opportunity allowed me to see first hand the many components that make up this field.
In terms of my personal interests in international education, I would like to focus on youth development programs with an emphasis on service learning and cultural immersion. I am interested in working in program development or as an on-site coordinator with students.
